By using the Services, you grant Garner the right to create case studies, testimonials, and other marketing materials based on your use of the platform, including aggregated or anonymized performance data, outcomes, and results. Garner may publish and distribute these materials across any medium, including our website, social media, presentations, and promotional channels.

If you prefer that your brand or company not be identified by name, you may request anonymization at any time by contacting us at hello@joingarner.ai. Upon receiving your request, Garner will remove identifying details from any future publications and make commercially reasonable efforts to update existing materials accordingly.

9. Payment Terms

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Garner in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
