When you contact Garner through this website, we collect your email address and inquiry type. If you request advertiser access, we also collect your website, monthly paid media spend range, and any audience ideas you choose to provide. Please don’t include sensitive personal information or information about individual shoppers in these forms.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to evaluate whether Garner fits your business, respond to your request, and support onboarding. Account information is used to authenticate you and provide access to your workspace. We do not use inquiry submissions to build advertising audiences.
3. Storage and service providers
This website uses Cloudflare to serve pages and store inquiry and authentication records. Service providers process information as needed to operate the website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security of the service. We do not sell the information you submit through these inquiry forms.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Logging in sets an essential authentication cookie with a seven-day expiry. The workspace may use browser storage to retain demo settings and drafts. The public marketing pages do not add advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may offer controls to remove cookies and local storage; removing the authentication cookie signs you out.
5. Retention
Website inquiry records are set to expire from our intake storage 90 days after the latest submission. If you proceed with onboarding, separate business records may be maintained as part of that relationship. Authentication records are maintained while access is enabled. Operational logs are handled according to the hosting provider’s settings.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit an inquiry. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, use the contact form linked below and indicate that you have a privacy request in the optional message field, or contact your existing Garner representative. We may ask for information to verify the request before acting on it.

This notice covers this website and its inquiry forms. Processing of purchase signals, campaign data, or other partner data is governed by the applicable service agreements and notices. This website is intended for business users. We may update this notice as the service changes; the date above indicates the latest update.
